The team is made up of Neda Nassir Najibi, Co-Founder and Editor; Vanda Marie Khadem, Co-Founder.
Bahá’í Chronicles intentionally will not make mention of our collegiate years, career environment or achievements but rather to share the collective Bahá’í goals which resulted in this website.
In 2012, Neda started a series on her Facebook page titled ‘Did You Know’ portraying stories about Bahá’í heroes and heroines. Through her research she noticed not one location capturing the heroism, struggles, victories, sacrifices, and dedication of all the Bahá’ís past and present. It wasn’t until the death of Neda’s father (Nassir Najibi 1925-2013) who became the enormous influence in launching this site dedicated to honoring his memory.
The stories of the heroines and heroes of the Bahá’í Faith have been a constant source of strength and inspiration in Vanda’s life and it has been her dream that generations of Bahá’í children have access to our precious global heritage. In September 2013, after the Persian Cultural Conference Neda and Vanda engaged in several phone conversations, texts and emails and brainstormed and came up with idea after idea and finally decided on Bahá’í Chronicles.
